當您購買共享款機型時，產品標註的端口/帶寬大小為共享帶寬上限，雖然我們實際總端口會遠高於產品標註端口帶寬，但共享款並不保證您能一直跑滿該端口帶寬，特別是晚高峰時期如果達到總端口帶寬，您的速度可能會低於該標註端口帶寬，同時我們也不允許長期佔滿帶寬。
如果您採用信用卡/Paypal等支付網關標註 (Auto Renew/Subscription)的支付方式，您相當於授權我們進行自動扣款，此時如果已經出了賬單未支付或者下單了產品未支付同時支付方式選擇了支持自動扣款的支付方式，系統就會定期嘗試扣款，如果您的產品不再續費，請及時在用戶後台提交撤銷/取消申請，提交後將會立即關閉所有已出賬單並停止再生成新的續費賬單。
我們產品一直以來都是不支持退款申請的，早期也為了用戶體驗和支付多樣化支持了 PayPal，但是之後發生了有用戶在不通過工單溝通情況下多次利用PayPal發起惡意爭議退款，而PayPal的規則是用戶發起爭議即便商家勝訴也仍然會因為爭議率產生罰款，在連續多次類似客戶惡意爭議之後，很遺憾我們沒有找到合適方式防止此事發生，所以我們關閉了新用戶PayPal權限，老用戶之前一直使用PayPal支付且沒有發生過爭議的，我們仍然會繼續支持
我們全線產品從營業開始到現在產品實行非技術性故障不支持退款政策，我們為每個產品都提供 Looking Glass 用於購買前測試，這是我們的經營策略，並且在多處寫明，我們不接受無理由、IP質量、非網絡質量保障產品的退款申請，但我們內部給每個客戶都有一次退款到餘額的機會，並且也會酌情考慮實際情況而原路退回(由BackWaves承擔手續費)，如果您不認可我們的產品退款政策，請勿下單！
